Meet the Cake Artist

Cassandra discovered her passion for baking at a young age, inspired by the Food Network and countless hours spent baking alongside her family.

After volunteering at a local bakery at just age 11, she honed her skills as a cake artist, eventually turning her lifelong love of baking into a business. In 2020, she launched Cassandra Cake Co., starting as a small venture from her kitchen, growing it into the Bakery & Cafe that we are proud to run today.

We offer daily seatings for an indulgent High Tea service for you and yours. It’s the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or catch up with friends.

Our favourite ritual. 

Includes specially sourced teas, local coffee, sweet and savoury treats, and of course all the accompaniments. Even enjoy a tea mimosa!
